We provide service throughout Jefferson County, St Louis City,
St Louis County, St Charles County, Jefferson County, and more.
 
Who can sign?
  • All signing parties are required to present a valid Drivers License, State ID, or Passport. If a signer does not possess a current ID, please contact us for special instructions before scheduling.
 
  • Additionally, all signing parties must be capable of clear communication in English to ensure their understanding of the documents they are signing. They should not appear to be under any form of duress while signing.
 
Witnesses

Does your document require witnesses?
  • It is essential that witnesses are not related to any individuals signing the document and are not mentioned within the document.
 
  • Our medical staff and nurses are limited to signing as witnesses only for Healthcare POA/Directives documents.
 
  • The ideal witnesses are impartial individuals such as friends or neighbors who have no personal involvement in the situation.
 
  • Please ensure that all witnesses are prearranged and present during the signing process. They must also provide a valid Drivers License, State ID, or Passport during this time. Photocopies of identification will not be accepted.​

Before booking an appointment, please take a moment to read through the following important details.
 
Notary fees for the state of Missouri are as follows:
- $5 per notarized signature
- $5 per witness signature (if needed - witness requirements are outlined below)
 
In addition to the notary fees, please add one of the following travel fees based on your location:
 
Facilities:
For all hospitals, nursing homes, etc., the travel fees are as follows:
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Weekdays: $55-$65
- After 5: 00 pm or Weekends: $65-$75
 
Areas:
See below to determine the applicable travel fee:
 
St Louis City, St Louis County, St Charles County, Jefferson County, and more:
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Weekdays: $40 - $75
- After 5: 00 pm or Weekends: $55 - $80
 
Please note that we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments, additional travel fees may apply for areas outside of our service area.
 
In addition to the fees mentioned above, there may be additional charges for parking, printing, waiting time, no-shows, non-completed appointments, and other related services.
 
Payment options include cash, Venmo, or check. We also accept credit or debit cards with an additional convenience fee of $5. Please make payment directly to the notary at the time of service. If needed, an invoice or receipt can be provided upon request.
 
Please be aware of the following witness requirements. If your document requires witnesses, they cannot be related to the signers or mentioned in the documents. Nurses or medical staff are also not allowed to sign as witnesses. If you do not have proper witnesses available, we may be able to provide one or two witnesses for an additional fee of $45-$65 per witness. This will require additional time to coordinate our witnesses.
 
All signers must be present with a valid state ID, driver's license, or passport. Copies of these documents are not accepted. If a signer's ID is expired or not available, please contact us for instructions before booking an appointment.
 
If for any reason (such as client, witness, or document issues), the appointment cannot be completed, the travel fee to the notary is still due. Please note that the notary has limited time available for each appointment. Wait time exceeding 10 minutes (if the schedule permits) will be charged at a prorated rate of $45 per hour.
 
If you require document printing services, we are happy to assist. Please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements. Additional fees will apply for printing services.
